Shellback Club 2015-10-21
Again, I'd like to thank the Shellback Club for the opportunity to present my view of the progress relating to the Porter Proposal to amend the Tripartite Agreement governing the operation of Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. It's been a year since the last time! Thanks to Dianne Leggatt for setting things in place and to Shellbacks for your interest and questions.
Under "Materials for Boaters" you'll find a copy of my presentation, as well as links to some some additional newer materials (of particular interest to boaters are the Toronto Boaters' Alliance submissions to the Stakeholders Advisory Committee of the PortsToronto Environmental Assessment consultation process).
Under "New Links" are links to materials generated by PortsToronto as they advance on their Environmental Assessment, and the Waterfront Toronto Peer Review of that EA workplan. The actual EA and the corresponding Waterfront Toronto Peer Review will arrive in 2016, unless federal politics put a stop to the expansion proposal and related studies.
In addition, most relevant materials and web sites on the general topic of this expansion proposal (on both sides of the issue) are available. Please feel free to share this page or any of the materials it contains far and wide.
